The firm operates as an Entrepreneurial and as an Executive Company, building in a high construction standard. Our focus is to give personal treatment, as well as optimal and functional planning of apartments and spectacular exterior designs, all to ensure our client's satisfaction and a high degree of contracting.

 

As a company with a reputation that passed down from generation to generation, we particularly work with Engineers, Planners, Architects, and Project Managers, who are The Leading Light in their Fields. 

 

The firm’s owners, Sasson Noah and Shoshana Zaig, are father and daughter, both members of the Management of the Official Israeli Contractors Organization. 

 

SH.B.N was the first company in Israel to do "Tama 38" Projects and owns a great experience in Urban Renewal Projects: evacuating the residents of an old building, demolishing it, and building a new, modern one.  

 

SH.B.N was crowned by Globes Magazine as The Leading Company in Urban Renewal for 2016 and was ranked by Dun & Bradstreet, among The 100 Leading Companies in Israel for Urban Renewal.
